About the Day

Come along and enjoy our biggest event of the year! The Celia Cross Cranleigh Sale and Greyhound Parade is a fantastic day out for all and helps raise vital funds so that we can continue to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome around 200 greyhounds and lurchers each year.

For one day only our charity takes over the showground and fills it with all things greyhound! Meet the kennel dogs looking for homes during the grand greyhound parade, browse countless stalls selling many wonderful items, take part in events running throughout the day and enjoy some delicious local food and drinks.

With something to do for everyone, plus free parking and entry, it is not a day to be missed!

Events on the Day
Browse through the gorgeous items for sale in the barn and at various outside stalls. We sell both new and gently used items for humans and hounds. You name it, we have it!
Our gourmet homemade dog biscuits are always a big hit with all the hounds attending. Choose from a variety of tasty and healthy biscuits to treat your hounds with.
Enter our Blur of Fur competition to see how fast your dog can run! Keep an eye on the leaderboard to see who will be fastest on the day, if you're lucky enough to win you'll receive your very own rosette.
Visit one of our catering vans and enjoy some tasty warm food and drink before buying a yummy homemade cake to take home!
We have some amazing items up for grabs in our auction, so get involved and start bidding!
Meet all our kennel hounds looking for homes, watch them as they strut their stuff around the ring. Who knows, maybe you'll find a new member of the family?! Parade starts at 2pm

Get Involved

An event as grand as the Cranleigh Sale & Greyhound Parade doesn't simply create itself! Believe it or not, the entire day is organised and put together by our team of dedicated volunteers. If you would like to volunteer at the Cranleigh Sale, or want more information about volunteering please contact Jo Silvester at jowright70@aol.com or Carol Matthews at caroljmatthews@me.com
