The Celia Cross Greyhound Trust is committed to respecting the privacy of your personal information. This policy outlines what kind of data we collect from you when you volunteer with us, adopt or enquire about adoption, and how your information will be used.
We care about the way we handle our supporters details, we have never nor will ever sell or share donor, volunteer or adopters data with third parties, nor do we wish to contact anyone without their consent. We NEVER cold call and ask for donations or subscription over the telephone.
In some circumstances it is necessary for CCGT to give relevant staff and volunteers access to your personal information, ie. for assistance in fundraising activities, help with maintenance or setting up at events. This access is only granted the very minimum of detail to the small amount of trusted people, necessary for them to make contact with you as you have previously requested able to do so. We require all our staff and volunteers to comply with strict rules to protect the information you have given us.
As most of our details have been given to us by our supporters themselves. We never use outside parties to purchase or gain anyones data.
